Authenticity
We work to establish that a listed property exists and corresponds with the information provided.
Hauslett's Property Verification Service helps establish the authenticity, accessibility and availability of rental properties before renters commit to inspections and the next steps in their housing journey.
A more structured rental experience, built around verification, coordination and accountability.
A property can look convincing online and still be unavailable, misrepresented or inaccessible. Hauslett works to close that gap by introducing a structured verification process before properties are relied upon for renter inspections.

We coordinate with agents to check property status and identify listings that are no longer available.
We create a clearer process for property access, inspection coordination and listing follow-up.
Our Field Officers help connect property information online with the reality on the ground.
An agent submits a rental property to Hauslett with the relevant property information.
A Hauslett-assigned Field Officer contacts the listing agent to coordinate access and arrange the verification process.
The Field Officer checks the property on the ground and compares relevant details with the listing information, including its reported availability where this can be established.
Verification findings help Hauslett determine whether the listing should remain available, require correction or be removed.
Verification is an ongoing responsibility. Property circumstances can change. Hauslett may recheck listing information and availability, and verification at one point in time is not a guarantee of future availability or condition.
Every property listed on Hauslett is subject to verification. When your listing is selected for verification, a Field Officer assigned by Hauslett will contact you to arrange access and confirm relevant property details.
Your cooperation helps us maintain reliable listings, reduce avoidable inspection issues and create a more dependable experience for renters and responsible agents alike.
List a property on Hauslett ↗Maintaining trust sometimes means correcting or removing a listing that no longer meets our requirements.
Listings with material discrepancies or information that cannot be satisfactorily established may be corrected, withheld or removed.
Properties that have been let, withdrawn or are otherwise no longer available may be removed or made unavailable to renters.
Listings that cannot be verified satisfactorily, or for which required cooperation is not provided, may be withheld or delisted.
Hauslett Campus helps renters explore accommodation associated with their campus communities. Property verification supports that experience by helping us identify unreliable, misrepresented or unavailable properties before they create avoidable setbacks for renters.
Explore Hauslett Campus ↗Yes. Every property listed on Hauslett is subject to our verification process. The process may involve contact with the agent, arranging property access and checking relevant details. A listing being visible online should not, by itself, be treated as proof that every check has been completed.
Hauslett-assigned Field Officers coordinate with agents and conduct property checks on the ground as part of our verification process.
The agent should respond, provide accurate information and cooperate with the assigned Field Officer to arrange reasonable access. Agents should also update Hauslett when a property is no longer available.
Hauslett may request clarification or correction, withhold the listing while concerns are reviewed, or remove it when the concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved.
No. Availability can change after a property has been checked. Hauslett works to maintain reliable information, but renters should follow the current inspection and coordination process before making decisions or payments.
No verification process can eliminate every risk. Our checks are designed to help identify discrepancies and reduce exposure to unreliable listings. Renters should still follow Hauslett's instructions and use the appropriate transaction process.
No. Property verification supports listing integrity and renter confidence. Promotion services are separate and concern the visibility of eligible listings or properties. Promotion should not be interpreted as verification or a guarantee of availability.
